Suggesting a tool

Tell us the task rather than the tool. "I have to resize a photo to exactly 50 KB for an application form" is far more useful than "add an image compressor", because the task is what reveals whether an existing tool almost works or something new is needed.

Several tools here exist because someone described a problem this way.
