Common questions
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is opened and edited inside your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Why does Tamil break when I edit in other PDF editors?
Many PDFs, including ones made by AI tools, store Tamil vowel signs in a way other editors read wrongly, so the text falls apart when you click edit. This editor rebuilds the correct letters first, so what you see in the edit box is what you wrote.
Will the rest of my PDF change?
No. Only the text you edit is redrawn. Everything else on the page is left exactly as it was.
Will the new text use the same font?
Tamil uses Noto Sans Tamil, the font most AI tools use, so it usually matches. English and numbers use Noto Sans, which can look slightly different from the original font. A paragraph also takes one style, so a single bold word at the start becomes regular unless you turn Bold on.
What if my new text is longer?
It wraps inside the same area, and the text below does not move. Use the size buttons to make it fit, and check the page before you download.
Can I edit a scanned PDF?
Not the text. A scan is a picture of a page, so there are no letters to change. You can still cover parts with a white box and add new text on top.
