Common questions
Why do Tamil letters break in other PDF tools?
Many tools place Tamil letters one by one without joining them, so vowel signs end up in the wrong place. This tool shapes each word the way your phone shows it and keeps it as real text, so in most PDF viewers you can search it and copy it back out.
Which languages work?
Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Sinhala, Thai, Arabic, Urdu, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian, Greek and the languages written in Latin letters — over 30 in all. You can mix languages in the same script.
Can I edit the script after downloading the PDF?
Yes. Choose "Open a report PDF" and pick the file. Your scenes, pictures, cast and every line come back.
What is the dialogue sheet?
An Excel file with every line in order, plus one sheet for each character with only their lines. Handy when recording voices.
Can I use emoji?
Not yet. Emoji are left out of the PDF, and you will see a note listing them.
Is my script uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser. The first PDF in a new language downloads that language's font once; your text never leaves your device.
